For the upcoming season, the Las Vegas Raiders will feature new players and coaches. They might have three new offensive linemen and a new offensive line coach on offense in addition to a new starting quarterback.

The Raiders offensive line will have to carry on its success from the previous two seasons, since it was one of the best in the National Football League. The performance of that unit will affect a lot of others since the offensive line is crucial.

If Aidan O’Connell prevails over the unnamed quarterback in the offseason, the Raiders will either have a brand-new quarterback or a surefire starting quarterback. With a full offseason to prepare, improved coaching surrounding him, and crucial experience under his belt, O’Connell perhaps has the most riding on the next Las Vegas season.

Josh Jacobs, the Raiders’ backup running back, needs to play well in the upcoming season, even if it is expected that the team will try to contract him. Throughout his tenure on the squad, Jacobs has demonstrated his value to the company.

Jacobs will eventually need a trustworthy player to fill in for him on occasion when he gets older. White has demonstrated his ability to either accomplish that or start as a running back. The Raiders may now start distributing the totes between the two players more equally in an effort to maybe extend Jacobs’ usefulness.

As he gets older, All-Pro wide receiver Davante Adams has expressed a desire to play for a contender on several occasions. Though Adams has added another season to his illustrious career, there isn’t much time left for him to accomplish the team goals he has set. For Adams to be satisfied, the Raiders must improve this season.

Finally, by orchestrating a successful NFL Draft and free agency period and bringing it all together on the field come football season, the Raiders’ new general manager, Tom Telesco, and coach, Antonio Pierce, have the chance to start their tenure off well.
