Iowa City, Iowa Kadyn Proctor was once committed to Iowa, but a few days before National Signing Day, she switched to Alabama. Proctor has made the decision to return home to Iowa City after a year. A major addition to the Iowa offence. David Eickholt and Sean Bock of HawkeyeInsider go into great detail regarding the transfer. They also discuss how much of an improvement this is for the entire Hawkeye offensive line.
