In Week 18, Joe Barry and the Green Bay Packers will face significant challenges on the defensive end of the football field. It’s never simple to take on a dual-threat quarterback like Justin Fields. The rookie quarterback for the Chicago Bears has caused the Packers some trouble in the past.

The Packers are playing for a trip to the postseason in Week 18, so the defence needs to play well.

The defence finally looked like the elite team that many believed it could be before the 2023 season began last week against the Minnesota Vikings. Even against the league’s worst offences, such as the New York Giants and Carolina Panthers, the Packers have failed to get stops and have given up big plays throughout the whole season.

Prior to the game this week, Barry made comments on the quarterback for the Bears. He discussed the need for the team to oppose him in order to slow him down.

“All you have to do is remain alive with this person all the time. That means you have to be aware of both your buddy’s and your own rush lanes at all times. With this guy, the play is never really over.

It’s simple to say those things, but organising a game versus Fields will be far more challenging. Throughout the entire season, the Packers have struggled to complete plays. In other games, they have also struggled against the run.
