The Florida Gators are staying busy in the NCAA Transfer Portal. After setting a visit for January 3 with Bowling Green edge rusher Cashius Howell, the Gators have another name down for that date as well. The latest name added to the visitor list for the 3rd-5th is South Alabama defensive back transfer Jaden Voisin.

Swamp247 first mentioned Voisin as a name of interest on the Gators radar, as he’s been communicating with new secondary coach Will Harris. The two had been working out dates for January all the way up until Wednesday morning. After touching base with Harris again, the two were able to lock the date in for the 3rd. This trip to Florida is the only official visit on the radar for Voisin at this time. It’s also the only defensive back out of the portal the Gators have schedule for an official visit at this time.

Florida wrapped up its 2024 recruiting class last week, putting together 18 high school and JUCO commits and adding another four prospects from the NCAA transfer portal. The class finished No. 16 in the 247Sports Composite Team Rankings, but the Gators are hoping to add more through the transfer portal, and if any new names from the high school ranks pop up on their radar head of the February signing period. With the Early Signing Period wrapped up, Swamp247 put together superlatives for the 2024 recruiting class.
