Nick Saban’s football team at the University of Alabama was able to win national titles in 2009, 2011, 2012, 2015, 2017, and 2020 because of more than just skill.
These teams held each other accountable and had a code of brotherhood that united the players. Many question if the program’s tenets were upheld by all members during the years the Crimson Tide did not win a championship.

The squad of this year has rekindled their desire to learn and uphold the BPsi Phi credo.
A couple Alabama football alumni visited the younger players a few months ago and taught them the credo. Everyone in the building became animated and enthusiastically recited the creed. The team led by Coach Saban is committed to playing as a unit and maintaining a single goal. It took up quarterback Jalen Milroe and cornerback Terrion Arnold’s “LANK” mentality. Alabama is back in the College Football Playoffs and has been proving to all those who
doubt it that it can win a Southeastern Conference Championship.
The Crimson Tide looks to continue its push to a national title versus Michigan in the Rose Bowl.
Both schools will face each other on New Year’s Day in Pasadena, Calif.
