The Philadelphia Eagles have faced a challenging schedule of opponents in recent weeks, and they had been handling it admirably up until their 42-19 loss to the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.

This Sunday, they will have a chance to get back on track, but they will have to do it away from home against the Dallas Cowboys, a team that has been playing well recently.

In addition to having a 9-3 record—just one game below Philadelphia’s record—the Cowboys have won an amazing 14 straight games at home.

Since losing 19-3 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 1 of the previous season, Dallas has not dropped a game at AT&T Stadium.

Dak Prescott, the quarterback, has been performing so well in their last few games that he has entered the MVP race and, in the opinion of many, has surpassed Jalen Hurts of the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Cowboys are a superb all-around football team that has scored more than 40 points in four of its past six games.

The Cowboys can exploit Philly’s pass defense, which is a weak point.

In Week 9, the Eagles defeated the Rams by five points in the Delaware Valley after Prescott faltered to lead what would have been the game-winning drive with under a minute remaining.

The Cowboys would have a great chance to win the conference title if they prevail this time around in addition to taking first place in the NFC West.
