WXIX – JACKSONVILLE, FL The Cincinnati Bengals are nearly double-digit underdogs against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Monday Night Football.

On FanDuel, the Bengals are currently 9.5 points underdogs in the Week 13 primetime contest.

This season, Cincinnati has suffered greatly from injuries, none more so than Joe Burrow’s injury that ended his season. On Monday, quarterback Jake Browning will get his second career start.

Tee Higgins’ hamstring injury has also plagued the Bengals for a few weeks.

Higgins will play on Monday Night Football after missing three straight games, all of which were losses.

Prior to the primetime game, the Bengals’ injury report did not include the 2020 draft pick. It will also feature Logan Wilson, a linebacker. Cam Taylor-Britt, a defensive back, is out for Cincinnati due to a quad/ankle injury.

Over the years, Monday Night Football has not been kind to the Bengals.

According to ESPN Stats & Info, Cincinnati has the worst road record (3-20) in the history of Monday Night Football.

The Bengals hadn’t triumphed in a Monday night road game since six years prior to Burrow’s birth.

In Week 7 of the 1990 season, the Bengals defeated the Cleveland Browns on the road during Monday Night Football. 1996 saw the birth of Burrow.
