Cavin Johnson, the temporary head coach of Kaizer Chiefs, has addressed recent rumors implying discord within the team.

Before today’s match against Swallows, the Glamour Boys were making headlines for all the wrong reasons.

Johnson asserts, however, that any reports claiming the club has issues with “racism” and “alcohol” are just attempts to damage the enormous brand that is Kaizer Chiefs.

Johnson stated, as cited by IdiskiTimes, “Kaizer Chiefs, being the big brand they are, I think there are a lot of people trying to take the brand to a lower level.”
