Based on the final injury report that both teams released on Friday, it appears that the Tennessee Titans are actually the healthier team heading into their Sunday game against the Carolina Panthers.

The Tennessee Titans appear to be the healthier team going into their Sunday game against the Carolina Panthers, according to the final injury report that both teams released on Friday.

Two players were ruled out by the Titans on Friday and that is wide receiver Treylon Burks, who will miss his third-straight game with a concussion, and offensive lineman Chris Hubbard, who suffered a biceps injury against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Titans will have only two players listed as questionable going into Sunday’s game as well in linebacker Luke Gifford and safety Terrell Edmunds. Gifford is a vital contributor on special teams and Edmunds has gotten significant snaps on defense since being acquired in the Kevin Byard trade.

It will be crucial that safety K’Von Wallace, who was sidelined by injury in last week’s game, was fully active at the end of the week and is expected to play against the Panthers if Edmunds misses time.

Quarterback Will Levis missed a Tuesday walkthrough, but he participated fully in every practice this week despite some unwarranted early-week concerns. Ryan Tannehill will be the backup quarterback and appears to be in good health as well.

Three players from the Carolina team are out: edge rusher Yetur Gross-Matos, safety Jeremy Chinn, and tight end Hayden Hurst. Three players—safety Sam Franklin, linebackers Marquis Haynes and Frankie Luvu—are listed as questionable to play, and two more—cornerbacks Jaycee Horn and C.J. Henderson—are listed as doubtful.

A long list of Carolina’s important players. Austin Corbett, the starting guard, was declared out for the season earlier in the week. The Titans are the healthier team heading into the week, although again, it is not something they are used to. When you add being at home to that, the Titans should win without a doubt.
