The offensive roster of the Las Vegas Raiders has received significant investment. Due to having one of the most expensive offensive rosters in the league, they were able to do so through contracts. They did so via the draft as well. Many of the rookies from Las Vegas’ most recent draft class were viewed as essential to the success of the
organization. Of those rookies, Aidan O’Connell, a rookie quarterback, has arguably had the most asked of him. Veteran wide receiver Davante Adams of the Raiders is impressed with O’Connell thus far.
“Very good,” Adams remarked. Of course, there are a lot of things from which he can also learn. Playing quarterback in his league entails that. Those are the growing pains of playing this position, I believe someone told me after the game. It’s the hardest role to play, but he’s performed admirably, come a long way since he first arrived, and is still growing and learning.”

He does many things that are very similar to those of a vet, and this will give him an advantage going forward. He just needs to stick with it, and we need to do our part to support him.”
tense conclusion Adams has also been impressed by another rookie, Michael Mayer. “One more [newcomer Adams believes is performing well]. A really mature guy, really, who kind of showed him what the NFL is all about by coming in and getting a good dose of Maxx Crosby,” Adams remarked. “There’s not going to be many guys out there that can emulate what Maxx does every day in practice for him.”
