The New England Patriots lost to the Indianapolis Colts 10–6 on Sunday, but they did have a number of things go their way to improve their position in the 2024 NFL draught.

The Patriots are now up to the third overall pick in the draught after the victories this week by the Arizona Cardinals and Chicago Bears. New England’s draught prospects are improving even as the team keeps collapsing.

The team could use a quarterback, but more importantly, they need help at many different positions. The top quarterback on the roster is Caleb Williams, who the Patriots could consider if they need a spark.

Next year, Marvin Harrison Jr. will be leading the team, and they could also use a playmaking wide receiver. New England has many options for its future. The most important question is still who will be making the choices.
