After a bye week, the Detroit Lions are leading the NFC North as the season approaches halfway through. However, in order to win its first division title in thirty years, head coach Dan Campbell wants his team to improve and maintain its current level of play.

“I don’t really think there’s any point in silencing it,” he replied.

Although the Lions have performed well enough to be 6-2, Campbell told reporters on Monday that more needs to be done.

“By December, we need to be playing our best football, collectively,” Campbell stated. “Despite our best efforts to score six, we still have a lot of work to do.
