Arguably the most significant game of the season was won by the Las Vegas Raiders because of their cohesive play. They intend to play the New York Jets this week and move on swiftly after that.

The Las Vegas Raiders appeared to be a different team during the week of practise that followed Coach Josh McDaniels’s replacement by Interim Coachio  AntonPierce.

That was demonstrated by the 30-6 victory over the New York Giants on Sunday.

For the most part of the season, the Raiders have been attempting to overcome heartbreaking defeats.

The question now becomes how they will celebrate a win and move on from such a dramatic week when they take on the New York Jets on Sunday Night Football after their dominant performance against the Giants.

They had two days off; they won on Monday, according to interim coach Antonio Pierce. “We’ll begin working on the Jets when they arrive on Wednesday. That’s our plan of action. This concludes the Giants game. We’re not doing any retroactive thinking. That won’t be of any assistance to us afterwards.”

The Raiders lost two straight games after going on a two-game winning streak. The Raiders badly needed to make significant changes after both losses, and one of those changes needed to be at quarterback.

Aidan O’Connell, a rookie quarterback, talked about the emotions in the locker room after the Raiders’ Sunday victory.

According to O’Connell, “I think the guys are definitely tired, but ecstatic to have been able to perform like that.” “It seems difficult to me. Although it was undoubtedly my first time in the NFL, this week’s events are difficult.

“I believe the guys were relieved, delighted, and overjoyed that we were able to give a performance like this. The locker room was definitely rocking.”

Coach Pierce stated during his opening press conference that he hoped to see more smiles in the building. After a win, it is much simpler to do that.

“It was just great to see all the smiles from the coaches, players and administration,” said O’Connell. “In the end, that’s really what motivates you and keeps you going.

“I think the guys were ecstatic that we could put on a show like this; they were relieved, thrilled, and ecstatic. Without a doubt, the locker room was awesome.”

In his inaugural press conference, Coach Pierce expressed his desire to see more smiles in the building. That is much easier to do after a victory.

“It was just great to see all the smiles from the coaches, players and administration,” O’Connell said. “In the end, that’s really what motivates you and keeps you going.”
