Even though the championship is already decided, there are still many positions left on the grid that are up for grabs.

Apart from Red Bull, only Alpine has verified their position in the rankings prior to their trip to Las Vegas.

Many drivers also want to surpass their competitors and teammates by increasing their final point total and gaining some pride.

Even though almost every position on the grid for 2024 has been reserved, some drivers are still under pressure.

Sergio Perez is one of those athletes, and Ross Brawn has pushed Red Bull to cut the Mexican.

He hasn’t been able to outpace his teammate since Miami, so his pace this season against Max Verstappen has been pretty bad.

Brawn thinks that more thrilling racing would result from having a stronger driver beside the three-time Dutch champion.

Verstappen frequently appears at the beginning of a race these days and does not appear again until he takes the checkered flag.

Brawn demands Red Bull release Perez.
When asked if Verstappen will be surpassed by other teams and how, the former head of an F1 team responded, “Even though they have this domination at the moment, you will see it in time.”

“And there aren’t many signs at all. Let’s put it this way: McLaren, with [Lando] Norris and sometimes [Oscar] Piastri, is knocking on their door and keeping them accountable.

“I believe there will be a reset this winter, in my opinion. Being in the lead gives you the advantage of being able to begin designing your new vehicle earlier, and that lead can occasionally last for several years.

“To be quite honest, I would prefer to see someone more competitive in the other car, as Sergio Perez isn’t really challenging Max Verstappen.”

“And even with a dominant vehicle, if you can find someone in the opposing vehicle who is being difficult for them, and we.

It’s not a good look for the Mexican driver Brawn to ask Red Bull to move on from Perez.

Because of the makeup of the team, if he keeps performing poorly, there will be nearly two drivers ready to take his place.

The pressure will only increase after Yuki Tsunoda’s outstanding performance in Brazil and Daniel Ricciardo’s statement drive in Mexico.

At Interlagos, Perez battled valiantly against Fernando Alonso, narrowly missing a podium spot by milliseconds.

In the end, that has the potential to completely alter a Formula 1 driver’s career.

Furthermore, there are very few signs. To put it another way, McLaren is holding them responsible and pounding on their door with [Lando] Norris and occasionally [Oscar] Piastri.
