Tyreek Hill, a wide receiver with the Miami Dolphins, keeps an eye on his quarterback. When Tua Tagovailoa criticised Stephen A. Smith for not believing Tua was deserving of the MVP award, Hill defended the quarterback.

Hill learns from Smith that his message was misunderstood by the recipient. Smith emphasised that he wanted to convey that because Tua is an All-Pro receiver and can catch the shortest throw to the house, Hill’s performance almost makes it difficult to declare Tua the MVP. Smith said that Hill shouldn’t imply otherwise because he does indeed watch every game.

Stephen A. Smith remarked on ESPN First Take, “I’m watching all the games on my seven TVs in my big room.” Tyreek Hill, please be careful with your language if you want to say I didn’t watch the games. You are speaking without knowledge.

According to Fan Duel, Tua Tagovailoa presently has +330 odds to win the NFL MVP award. However, Hill and the Dolphins offence have been a big part of Tua’s tremendous success this season. Among players with more than five catches, Hill tops the NFL in terms of receiving yards, touchdowns, yards gained after the catch, and average yards per catch. He has 6 receiving touchdowns for 814 yards and 326 YAC. His reception average is 19.4 yards.

Tua’s performance has nonetheless merited MVP consideration. With 1,876 passing yards, he leads the NFL, and he shares a league-high 14 throwing touchdowns with Kirk Cousins. Additionally, he leads the NFL with 9.5 yards per attempt on average.

This Sunday, the Dolphins play the Philadelphia Eagles.
