Travis Kelce celebrated his 34th birthday on October 5th at Kansas City’s Golden Ox without his new ladylove Taylor Swift. The NFL star was photographed looking melancholy throughout the evening, according to The Daily Mail, however US Magazine now says that the couple did “chill out” together quietly. According to a close insider, the Lavender Haze hitmaker discreetly flew from Nashville to Kansas City on Friday, October 6 “to see Travis.” Swift then headed home ahead of the tight end’s game against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday. The Grammy winner, who had attended her new beau’s first two games, was strangely absent from the next day’s game at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
Even though Kelce believes his growing romance with the Blank Space diva has brought him good fortune, he still contributed to the Kansas City Chiefs’ victory on Sunday. He suffered a non-contact low-ankle sprain during the game, but he was able to return to the field, score a touchdown, and finish the game after obtaining medical care. The Chiefs won the game by a score of 27-20.
