Nahki Wells was allegedly removed from the game against Leeds United on October 7 when replays revealed an ankle twist, according to Phil Hay.

For Bristol City, the 33-year-old striker got the game going but had to leave after 26 minutes.

The journalist with the Athletic then saw video of him twisting his ankle.

The dedicated Elland Road supporters will undoubtedly pray for Wells’ quick recovery as he appears to be sidelined for at least a while.
