Jake Daniels also almost forced a stop from the Blackburn custodian with a curling shot.
Will Squires made a significant block just before halftime to prevent Rovers from extending their advantage.
After the restart, Blackpool equalised when Lescott scored past Eastham.
The Seasiders also almost took the lead as Squires’ long shot went just wide of the goal.

Francis was a bright spark for the Seasiders and really got them ticking in certain periods of the game.
He was fouled several times, and at times his fast feet proved to be too much for Blackburn.
He also put forth a lot of effort to contain the opponents inside their own half.
The only thing that occasionally disappointed me was his finished product, but that will pass with time.
