Not only did the current Michigan football team defeat Ohio State for the third consecutive year, but it was also a significant recruiting weekend. It was perhaps the biggest recruiting weekend in a long time for the Wolverines, with over fifty prospects in attendance.

\Present 2024 commits were present, in addition to a large number of 2025 recruits that the Wolverines are actively pursuing, including quarterback Bryce Underwood.

Recruits completed their interviews and shared their Big House experiences on social media last Saturday afternoon following Michigan’s victory over OSU. Nearly all of them expressed amazement at their experiences in Michigan.

Some 2025 prospects have been projected to join the Wolverines shortly after Saturday.

These are the 2025 prospects that favor Michigan at the moment.

Willy Black

Two Crystal Ball projections have the 6-foot-7, 295-pound OT landing at Michigan. One from Sam Webb of TMI and another from Steve Lorenz of The Michigan Insider.

Black is a four-star according to the Composite and is from Wallingford (CT) Choate Rosemary. In the 2025 cycle, he is the 28th OT and the 314th-ranked recruit.

Alcoa, Tennessee, native Owens is a gifted tight end who was predicted by Crystal Ball to end up at Michigan. Steve Lorenz of The Michigan Insider submitted the prediction. Zach Libby of On3 and EJ Holland of On3 both have expert predictions about Owens visiting Michigan.

Based on the Composite rankings, he is a four-star recruit and the 336th-ranked prospect for the 2025 cycle. Owens is tight end number eighteen.

As of right now, Owens has received 18 offers from schools including Alabama, Michigan State, Ohio State, Tennessee, and others.

Williams, a defensive lineman from Palatine, Illinois, is a four-star recruit who stands 6-foot-6 and weighs 265 pounds. He is the 26th-best defensive lineman and the 228th-ranked recruit in the 2025 cycle, per the Composite rankings.

There are currently 19 offers for him, from schools like USC, Florida State, Oregon, Tennessee, and others.
On Monday, Steve Wiltfong, National Recruiting Analyst for 247Sports, cast a Crystal Ball for Michigan. EJ Holland and Zach Libby of On3 have an expert prediction.
