The news that two of the business’s major firms, WWE and AEW, have their sights set on an international free agent has caused a stir in the professional wrestling community. This change has the potential to alter the professional wrestling environment.

The aforementioned free agent, Katsuhiko Nakajima, recently ended his relationship with Pro Wrestling NOAH. Both WWE and AEW have expressed a significant interest in getting him into their fold as he mulls over the next chapter in his remarkable career.

The wrestling scene has been home to Nakajima for some time. He has accumulated an outstanding record of honors since making his debut in 2005.

His accomplishments include winning two GHC titles, three GHC junior heavyweight titles, and an incredible six GHC tag team titles.

WWE or AEW? Suspicions and rumors
There’s been a recent discussion of Nakajima’s upcoming transfer by Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio. Many have suggested that he might sign with AEW, WWE, or perhaps NJPW, and the rumors are rampant.

AEW President Tony Khan recently indicated interest in Nakajima during the WrestleDream media scrum, adding fuel to the fire.

Nakajima appears to be showing the same interest by implying a potential alliance with AEW./
