The Raiders are looking for a quarterback, and Rattler could be a great lottery ticket at a reasonable price. In this scenario, it would kick begin the Aidan O’Connell-Gardner Minshew quarterback duel for 2024, with Rattler potentially developing into a 2025 starter.
