One of the young players for the Philadelphia Eagles might be a great fit for the New York Giants.

Pro Football Focus’s Brad Spielberger speculated that Eagles Pro Bowl running back D’Andre Swift would find a “potential” home with the Giants. Saquon Barkley, the team’s starting running back, is about to hit free agency, so New York may have to find a new running back for the franchise.

Spielberger écrit : “If the Giants choose to move on from Saquon Barkley, they could pivot to another former top draft pick who played in their division the past year.” “Swift showed growth in 2023, hitting the designed hole and not trying to bounce out too often—an area Barkley has similarly improved over the years—and offers pass-catching ability.”

During the offseason, Sanders signed a four-year, $25.4 million deal with the Carolina Panthers only to emerge as a total bust during his first season there. During the 2023 season, Sanders ran for 432 yards on 3.3 yards per carry, the third-lowest average of the top 48 rushing leaders.

Compared, Barkely’s market value is estimated at $9.9 million per season over three years, for a total of approximately $30 million.
