For a few months now, Florida football recruiting has been attempting to acquire Arkansas Razorbacks running back Jadan Baugh.

Baugh reopened his recruiting after announcing on Twitter last night that he was leaving Sam Pittman and the Razorbacks.

It appears that Baugh was the target of Billy Napier and the Gators, and Florida is currently favoured to sign the native of Georgia.

Jadan would be a fantastic addition to the 2024 class and help the Gators get back on track.

It appears that Baugh’s recruitment may now be limited to Florida and Alabama after he left Arkansas.

Over the past two weeks, Jadan has paid official visits to both of those schools. On December 8, he was in Gainesville, and on December 15, he was in Tuscaloosa.

We don’t have much information on what the insiders believe because On3’s RPM for Jadan hasn’t been updated since before he committed and because 247 doesn’t have any official crystal balls in for him.

We are aware of Baugh’s style of play when he is on the pitch. Jadan is the 357th-best player in the nation and the 26th-best running back in the 2024 class, according to On3’s Industry Ranking.

He ran the ball 113 times for 1,583 yards (14.0 YPC) and 19 touchdowns in 13 games this season, averaging 121.8 yards per game with seven games with 100+ yards.

Baugh, who is 6’1″ and 215 pounds, is a machine when it comes to handling the ball and will be a valuable addition to any recruiting class he joins.

Napier’s ability to seal the deal will make Baugh and Kahnen Daniels an incredible duo, and they will position the Gators for long-term success on the field.
