There were definitely highs and lows in the Cowboys and Seahawks’ instant classic game from Week 13. It was only the fifth game in NFL history to feature zero punts, and the victory featured 76 combined points, over 800 yards of offense, and MVP-caliber play from Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb.

However, the Dallas defense appears to have calmed down a lot from their explosive start to the season, and supporters saw as their newest rising star was brought back to earth by a relentless passing attack that was directed right at him.

Before the Thursday night rollercoaster ended, Cowboys Nation was experiencing a wide range of emotions due to the ridiculous amount of penalty flags that were thrown, the frustratingly low red-zone statistics, and a perplexing decision in the final seconds.

This is a recap of the team’s 41-35 victory, including the good, the bad, and the ugly.

These days, Prescott isn’t just functioning at a higher level; he’s established a permanent residence and built an annoying red Monopoly hotel. And on Thursday night, he made the Seahawks pay like they had landed on Boardwalk during a few of his impromptu moments.

Think back to the play in the early fourth quarter when Prescott was being held in a bear hug by Seattle linebacker Darrell Taylor. However, Prescott managed to break free and hit Jalen Tolbert for a 17-yard pass along the sideline, which continued the drive that resulted in points.

Alternatively, the spontaneous pass he made to Tony Pollard during the second quarter, which also led to a new series of downs. Jamal Adams forced Prescott out of his pocket, and when he tried to scramble, he discovered that Boye Mafe was in the way. Prescott shotputted the ball to a returning Pollard, who casually jacked four more Seahawks out of their cleats en route to a 12-yard gain, as the two Seahawks defenders attempted to sandwich him for a five-yard loss. At the end of that play, Dallas also found the end zone.
